Powerboat Challenge brings high-end gaming with a casual appeal to mobile phones. Players can choose from punchy characters in order to compete with others in hotted-up speedboats. The races take place in various un-lockable locations around the globe and feature different kinds of race types like two-lap-races against three components, match races, and time challenges. Racing tracks are marked by waypoint-buoys. The competitors have to pass them on the correct side and as close as possible in order to fill up a boost bar for additional speed. The better they perform the more money and style points they get at the end of each race. With earned price money, boats can be modified for enhanced performance but also pimped up with accessories.
